Hygieia, is the name of our Organic Restaurant

We chose this name not only because HIGIA, in ancient Greek Υγιεία or Hygieía, is one of the daughters of Asclepios, but also because according to Greek mythology it means "health". Hygia was the goddess of healing, cleansing and healing and later, also of the moon.

The word "hygiene" derives from its name. Its equivalent in Roman mythology was Salus.

"For a chef to transmit good vibes to his recipes, he must first be healthy and relaxed. In the same way that humility and love transform food, spiritual consciousness transforms whoever does it. It is about cultivating a humble intention, celebrating the divine of the people you feed and preparing the recipes with joy, light and lots of love, without waiting for any recognition, this is spiritual cuisine. "In a world of disorder and disaster and fraud, sometimes only beauty can be trusted, only artistic excellence is incorruptible, pleasure can not be negotiated downwards, and sometimes food is the only true coin." Elizabeth Gilbert (Eat, pray, love)

At our restaurant Hygeia, you can enjoy a variety of dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian with delicious organic vegetables and fruit grown on the premises.
